Charming apartment in a historic building located in the heart of the ancient Marais district. Situated on the 5th floor (no elevator), the 25 sqm space is cleverly divided into distinct areas: an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor fan, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee machine, and more.
A staircase leads to the sleeping loft (low ceilings) with a double bed and helps to separate the kitchen from the living room, which features a sofa bed, TV, and storage closets. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with a shower and WC. Bed linen and WiFi are provided.

The apartment features a cozy living area with a kitchenette equipped with a cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, along with a Japanese futon sofa bed and a dining table. The bathroom includes a shower. Upstairs in the loft area, with a low ceiling, you'll find a Japanese futon double bed and a wardrobe space. Free WiFi is available, and bed linen and towels are provided.
